Before using your STC | CIP Turkish Coffee Cezve / Ibrik / Pot for the first time:
- Wash with warm soapy water, dry, brew one coffee to discard, then rewash before use.
General care and use:
- Wash with warm soapy water after each use, ensuring no grounds remain.
- Outer surfaces may tarnish over time; use metal polish to restore the copper.
- Do not use polish or acidic materials (lemon juice, vinegar, etc.) on the interior plating, as this will void the warranty.
Warranty: One-year from purchase date. Covers manufacturing issues such as thin plating, loose handle, or wobbling. Does not cover normal wear and tear.
Warranty exclusions include:
- Using metal utensils instead of wooden spoons
- Using polishing compounds on the interior
- Using abrasive materials or pitcher rinsers
- Heating the pot while empty
