The Lamastus Family Estate is one of Panama’s most celebrated producers, earning the Best of Panama 2024 title and holding the record for the most Panama Cup wins in history. Their legacy includes the historic 2018 double Geisha victory and a record-setting 94.66 score for Elida Geisha Washed.
Founded in 1918, Lamastus Family Estate includes Elida, El Burro, and Luito Geisha estates, spanning ultra-high elevations from 1,700 to 2,060 meters. Over half of the land lies within the Volcán Barú National Park, where conservation-focused farming and native forest preservation contribute to the coffee’s distinctive character.
This coffee is dry-processed (natural), meaning the beans are dried inside the fruit, enhancing sweetness and fruit-forward complexity.
