DECEMBER Bottomless Dripper

December Bottomless Dripper is a ceramic coffee brewing funnel with a larger than normal outlet in the base. The large opening affords more consistent extraction.

The angle of the dripper’s walls allows the brewer to use of both Kalita Wave 185 and Hario V60 02 filters, which gives room for experimentation and flexibility in brewing different coffees and recipes.

The smooth inner walls allow for maximum contact between the dripper and the filter. This contact directs the flow of the water not down the sides of the filter but through the coffee ensuring thouroughly saturated grounds and a more even extraction.
