The December Coffee Dripper is a flat bottomed pour-over brewer perfect for making 1-3 cups of delicious filter coffee.
The dripper is made from 18-10 stainless steel and is dishwasher safe, making it more durable than many other brewing devices.
An adjustable aperture on the bottom allows you to choose a grind size that best suits your coffee without affecting the flow rate of your brew.
This all works to simplify the brewing process as well as creating more room to be creative with recipes.
The December Coffee Dripper is compatible with Kalita Wave 185 filters.

When you twist the base of the December Dripper, you have the option of four different stages.
The 4 Dripper aperture settings give you the option of adjusting the December Dripper during the brew and to choose the stage that is optimal for the resulting volume of coffee you intend to prepare. These stages allow for a great deal of experimentation and control. The below information is just a guide to get you started, The December Dripper encourages exploration.
Stage 0 is when the dripper is fully closed. This setting allows the dropper to be fully closed during the “bloom time,” the period when you’re first wetting the coffee and waiting for carbon dioxide gas to release. Closing the dripper at this time allows for complete immersion and a full wetting of the grounds.The 0 setting is also convenient at the end of the brew, when a continuous drip might make a mess when you move the dripper off of your server or cup.
Stage 1 is optimized for about a 10-12 ounce (300-360mL) brew. Lowest flow rate.
Stage 2 is optimized for about a 14-16 ounce (400-475mL) brew. Medium flow rate.
Stage 3 is optimized for about a 18-24 ounce (500-700mL) brew. Highest flow rate.
